By agreeing to pay the monthly membership fee you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as agreeing to adhere to studio guidelines. Please note that upon becoming a member you will be required to attend an induction covering studio guidelines covering health and safety and other key aspects of studio use.

Studio Open Access Times:

We offer the below open access times (please check for access on public holidays):

Mondays: 10am - 9pm
Tuesdays: 8am - 9pm
Wednesday: 8am - 9pm
Thursdays: 11am - 9pm
Fridays: 8am - 9pm
Saturdays: 8am - 5pm
Sundays: 8am - 5pm

The studio reserves the right to vary opening hours, including studio closure for holidays.

Cleaning:

It’s important to keep the studio clean and dust levels at a minimum at all times for health and safety reasons. As such, we ask that all wheels, equipment and working area, including floors, are left in the same, or better, state of cleanliness as they were prior to use.

Kiln use:

The kiln is operated by studio staff only.
If a member causes damage to the kiln when using their own glazes or incorrectly or irresponsibly applied studio glazes, they will be liable for the cost of repair.

Use of other equipment:

Use of other studio tools and equipment are included as part of membership. Whilst the studio endeavours to provide the necessary equipment for members at all times, the studio will not be held responsible for any particular piece of equipment not being available due to any reason.

Health & Safety:

Members must comply with all studio rules around health and safety.

Personal belongings and materials:

We do not accept responsibility for personal belongings left at the studio or any work getting damaged, lost or stolen.
All personal materials, equipment and glazes for use must first be checked by the studio.

Personal and communal storage:

Any work on communal shelving must be cleared within 14 days.

Children:

Children under the age of 18 may only use the studio and attend any class if accompanied by an adult.

Payment:

Payment is to made in advance on the 1st of each month. Where membership commences mid-month a pro rata amount will be charged in advance.

Cancellation:

Members are able to cancel membership with one month’s notice. The studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership at any time by providing the member with one month’s notice.

Change to Terms & Conditions:

We may at any time change these Terms and Conditions. We will notify members of any changes. By continuing to use the services after changes to these Terms and Conditions are made and notified to members, members agree to be bound by such changes. 

Data protection:

We may contact you from time to time with information related to the studio, our opening times, health and safety and other relevant information. We will not pass your data on to any third party without your consent unless required to do so by law.
